Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 6 g yeast
  • 180 g water
  • 3 g salt
  • 5 g sugar
  • 10 g oil
  • 90 g tomatoes in own juice
  • 50 g fresh spinach
  • 20 g olives
  • 20 g paprika for pizza
  • 47 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g fresh broccoli
How to Make It
  1. Mix flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar and butter until smooth to with stand 20 minutes in a warm place, then roll the dough into two balls and let it brew for another 20 minutes. Each ball is a dough for 1 pizza. Roll the dough.
  2. Punch the tomatoes in their own juice in a blender.Lubricate the resulting sauce over the dough.
  3. Cut olives / olives, cherry tomatoes in half.Put vegetables on top of the dough.
  4. Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes at 300C.
