Ingredients
- 1 big red bell pepper
- ½ cup mushrooms (Porto Bello or oyster)
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sumac powder
- 1/3 cup of soaked cashews
- 1 coconut
- 2 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
- Pinch of white ground pepper
- Salt
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Water when needed
How to Make It
- Marinate the mushrooms with oil, salt, white pepper, tamari, vinegar and then dehydrate for 30-40 minutes.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend; add water if needed. Refrigerate afterwards.
