Ingredients
- 600 g pork ribs
- 100 g couscous
- 400 g spinach
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 branches parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 tsp of dry mint and rosemary
- vegetable oil, salt, pepper
How to Make It
- Boil the broth from the ribs( 2.5 l). Carrots,onions,garlic grind. Fry. Add to broth with meat and chopped parsley.
- While continuing to boil add the washed spinach, mint, rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste. Add couscous, cook for another 5 min.
