Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- ¼ English cucumber, sliced
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Lime wedges, for serving
How to Make It
- Brown the turkey in the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish sauce, brown sugar, and ¼ cup water and cook, stirring, until the liquid has almost evaporated, 2 to 4 minutes.
- Toss the cabbage, cucumber, mint, and peanuts with the lime juice. Top with the turkey and serve with lime wedges.
