Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ English cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Lime wedges, for serving
How to Make It
  1. Brown the turkey in the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish sauce, brown sugar, and ¼ cup water and cook, stirring, until the liquid has almost evaporated, 2 to 4 minutes.
  2. Toss the cabbage, cucumber, mint, and peanuts with the lime juice. Top with the turkey and serve with lime wedges.
