Ingredients
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- ¼ cup sherry
- 4 packets of artificial sweetener
- ¼ cup diced scallions
- 1 diced garlic cloves
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
How to Make It
- In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients excluding the beef.
- Add the meat to the sauce and allow to marinate for some hours. Remove from the sauce and stir fry.
- Enjoy alongside buttered and steamed asparagus.
