Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound ground pork
- ¾ pound pork sirloin, cubed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- ½ cup tomato paste
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups cooked kidney beans
- 4 fresh hot chili peppers, chopped
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
