Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • ¾ pound pork sirloin, cubed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups cooked kidney beans
  • 4 fresh hot chili peppers, chopped
How to Make It
  1. Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours.
