Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, cored and sliced
- Ground cinnamon, to taste
- 300 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
How to Make It
- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the apple, cinnamon and 2½ tablespoons of water and cook, covered, for 5 minutes or until the apple is soft, stirring occasionally.
- Place the yoghurt and honey in a small bowl and mix until well combined. To serve, top the stewed apple with the honey yoghurt.
