Ingredients
- 1½ pounds flank steak
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 4 ears fresh corn, grilled
How to Make It
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Season the steak with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Grill the steak, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Combine the parsley, vinegar, garlic, red pepper, oil, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Serve over the steak with the grilled corn.
