Ingredients
- ¾ pound spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced
- ½ cup chopped fresh herbs
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup shaved Parmesan (1 ounce)
How to Make It
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Warm 3 tablespoons of the oil, the garlic, and the chili pepper in a small saucepan. Toss with the pasta and herbs.
- Fry the eggs in the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook until the whites are set, 2 to 3 minutes; serve on the pasta with the Parmesan.
