How many times have I heard people say it is impossible to buy good bread where they live, but that making it at home is too hard to contemplate? This recipe will change your mind.
Laucke’s bread mixes are designed for bread machines and make the process so simple. I have added extra grains here for even more flavour, crunch and goodness, which means you’ll need more yeast than the quantity specified in the original mix. if you have a bread machine, just follow the instructions; if not, mix the ingredients in a bowl and allow the dough to rise in the traditional way. Never let it be said again that you can’t get your hands on a good loaf of bread!
Ingredients
- 1 x 600 g packet rye bread mix

- 430 ml water
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon chai seeds
- 2 tablespoons linseeds (flaxseeds)
- 2 tablespoons pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
How to Make It
- Simply follow the packet instructions, adding the extra yeast because of the weight of the extra seeds.
