Ingredients
- 1 lb loose turkey sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups unsweetened almond
- milk
- 8 slices whole-grain or sprouted-grain bread, cubed
- 2 cups reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
How to Make It
- In a nonstick skillet, brown and drain sausage.
- Mix together eggs and milk in a large bowl.
- Stir in bread cubes, cheese, and sausage.
- Place in a greased slow cooker.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Cook on Low 4 hours.
