- 1 cup Flax Seed Meal
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- 0.5 cup Water
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tsp. Dried Rosemary
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and cut into squares.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
