Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flax Seed Meal
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tsp. Dried Rosemary
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.  
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.  
  3. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and cut into squares.  
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until crisp.
