Ingredients
- 2 tbsp raw almonds
- 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan
- 1 large lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, whole
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
How to Make It
- To the bowl of a food processor, add almonds, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Process until smooth, pausing to scrape the sides as needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
