Ingredients
- ¾ cup sliced red peppers
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 cup sliced leeks
- Salt & 1 Tsp ground pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp cumin seeds & 3 bay leaves
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 4 pounds pork shoulder
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
