Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, ground black pepper
- 4 pounds pork shoulder
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup each parsley, cilantro and dill
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, & cook on low for 8 hours.
