Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Salt, ground black pepper
  • 4 pounds pork shoulder
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup each parsley, cilantro and dill
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
How to Make It
  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover, & cook on low for 8 hours.
