- Pork tenderloins-thick cut
- Cast iron griddle
How to Make It
- Coat the tenderloins in olive oil and add your seasonings. Take some tongs and sear the fat off the tenderloins first, then sear it on all sides.
- Take the griddle and place it in the oven on 375, and cook for about 45 minutes. Let rest upon taking out.
