Ingredients
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 60 g cream cheese
- 30 g goat cheese
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 pack penne pasta
- 200 g fresh spinach
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Cook the Penne. In foodprocessor mix garlic, cheeses, salt, pepper and 2/3 of the spinach. Beat.
- To shift the Penne in a large bowl, spread on top of spinach-cheese sauce, pour 1 ladle of water from the pasta.
- Mix well. Add the remaining spinach and parmesan. Mix well.
