Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and sliced
- 5 fresh pears, sliced
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of walnuts, ground
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 10 oz unsalted butter
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 230˚-260˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter.
- Place the pears and half of the apples into a baking pan.
- Melt the unsalted butter. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the apples and pour the mixture over the pears and apples.
- Place the sliced apples on top and bake for 40 min. until pears and apples are soft. Serve with the spray cream or vanilla ice cream.
