Pears apple pie recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 5 fresh pears, sliced
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of walnuts, ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 10 oz unsalted butter
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 230˚-260˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter.
  2. Place the pears and half of the apples into a baking pan.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the apples and pour the mixture over the pears and apples.
  4. Place the sliced apples on top and bake for 40 min. until pears and apples are soft. Serve with the spray cream or vanilla ice cream.
