Very spicy potatoes with a delectable dipping sauce.

  • Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • Dipping Sauce
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Potatoes
  • 1½ lbs peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 6 cups of water or enough to cover potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp ground chili peppers
  • 3 cups canola oil
How to Make It
  1. For the sauce, heat the olive oil in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the flour until the oil thickens.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir for 3 minutes.
  4. Set the sauce aside. 5. Place all potato ingredients except the oil in a large pot.
  5. Heat the oil in a skillet.
  6. Add the potatoes and then fry for 5 minutes, making sure all sides are browned.
  7. Cover the potatoes with the sauce.
