Ingredients
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 23 cup Bacon
- 13 cup Flax Seed Meal
- 14 cup Grated Parmesan
- 4 Large Eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Bacon Fat
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
- 34 tsp. Baking Powder
- 12 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 12 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend
- 14 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
How to Make It
- 1. Cook 5 slices of bacon, cut into pieces. Set aside.
- 2. Preheat oven to 375F.
- 3. Measure out the flax, almond flour, and other spices into a mixing bowl.
- 4. Add the egg, mozzarella cheese, and bacon to the mixture and whisk it well.
- 5. Divide mixture into 6 equal servings in a cupcake pan.
- 6. Bake for 20 minutes.
