Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 2⁄3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
How to Make It
- In Instant Pot, combine sugar, flour, and cocoa powder. Whisk dry ingredients together. If making gluten-free, simply omit flour and add 1½ tbsp. cornstarch.
- Select Sauté mode and add milk and butter. Bring fudge to a boil while stirring gently. Let boil for 2 minutes.
- Turn off Instant Pot. Add vanilla, stirring to incorporate.
- Let sauce cool slightly. Serve with your favorite dessert dishes.
