Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked gluten-free steel cut oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups fat-free nondairy milk (almond, rice, etc.)
How to Make It
- Combine all dry ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Add water and milk and stir.
- Cover. Cook on High 2½ hours, or on Low 5–6 hours.
