Dehydrated fruits and nuts with orange choco on top.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of mixed nuts and dried fruits (Pines, apples, strawberries, kiwi, goji berries, banana, pecans, hazelnuts, sesame, almonds)
- 5 royal dates
- 1 tbsp of coconut flower syrup or agave nectar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp agar agar melted in warm water
Orange Choco Cream
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 cup of raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
How to Make It
- Put the ingredients in a food processor and pulse only 2-3 times.
- Use a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 14 hours. As it is still soft use a pizza cutter to make bar shapes. Orange Choco Cream
- Apply on top the orange choco cream and dehydrate for 2 more hours.
