Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
How to Make It
- Sauté hash browns, ham, and onion in vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat 10 minutes.
- Beat eggs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Remove from heat, and gently stir in cheese.
