Mashed potatoes and broccoli recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ bunch broccoli, finely chopped (3 cups)
  • 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into ½-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
How to Make It
  1. Steam the broccoli and potatoes until very tender, 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Drain well and mash with the sour cream and butter; season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
