Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced
- 1 avocado, peeled, destoned and diced
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bunch coriander, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced (about ½ tablespoon)
How to Make It
