Ingredients
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Sea salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch cayenne
Salad
- 3 cups cooked buckwheat noodles
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup carrots, steamed and sliced
- ¼ cup gomasio, for garnish
How to Make It
- Whisk oil, tamari, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
- Place noodles, scallions, raisins, sunflower seeds, broccoli, and carrots in a salad bowl and toss with the dressing. Garnish with gomasio.
