Ingredients
- 2 cups sunflower sprouts
- 1 cup pea shoots
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 cups whole walnuts
- ½ cup honey
- 3 cups sliced red cabbage
- 1 cup diced raw carrots
- 1 cup sliced sweet onion
- ½ cup toasted sesame seeds
How to Make It
- Coat the walnuts with the honey and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated, 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the sprouts, pea shoots, red cabbage, carrots, onion, and sesame seeds.
- Then toss the salad with dressing, and top with the walnuts before serving.
