Pineapple, baked beans and brown sugar…yum! If you’re not feeding a crowd, it’s simple to halve this recipe and bake it in an 8″x8″ pan.
Ingredients
- 1¾ cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup catsup
- ½ cup mustard
- ½ cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 15 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 15½ oz cans navy beans & bacon, drained and rinsed
How to Make It
- In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, catsup and mustard. Add brown sugar and mix well; stir in pineapple chunks.
- Add beans; mix well. Spoon into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 90 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
