Ingredients
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 2 avocados
- 1 medium tomato
- ¼ cup chopped white onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ cup soaked pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
How to Make It
- Put the tomato in a food processor and pulse 1-2 times.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse 4-5 more times.
