Ingredients
- 1 small handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 frozen medium banana, chopped
- 65 g strawberries
- 200 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- ½ cup (125 ml) semi-skimmed milk
- ¼ teaspoon matcha (green tea) powder (optional)
Toppings
- 30 g natural muesli
- 1½ teaspoons goji berries
- 1½ teaspoons goji berries
How to Make It
- Place the spinach, banana, strawberries, yoghurt, milk and matcha (if using) in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and top with the muesli, goji berries and chia seeds.
