It can be hard to get enough fiber at every meal. This is a great way to get some extra greens and flax into your diet in the morning (or whenever you choose to have this!). You can add half of a banana to make it extra-creamy if you wish.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup strawberries
- ½ cup spinach, well washed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
How to Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
