Fall pork and vegetable stew recipe

  • Yield: 6 to 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork stew meat
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 each Garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ tsp Thyme leaves
  • 1 each Bay leaves
  • 2 cups chicken broth
How to Make It
  1. Cut green beans. Place vegetables and pork in crockpot.
  2. Mix salt, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf into broth and pour over meat and vegetables.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
