Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork stew meat
- 1 chopped Tomato
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- ½ cup green peas
- 1 cup Onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 each Garlic cloves, crushed
- ½ tsp Thyme leaves
- 1 each Bay leaves
- 2 cups chicken broth
How to Make It
- Cut green beans. Place vegetables and pork in crockpot.
- Mix salt, garlic, thyme, and bay leaf into broth and pour over meat and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
