You might find it really hard to be still after this one. Try it before exercise and you’ll be amazed how fast the time goes by.
Ingredients
- 2 frozen and peeled Bananas
- 6 pitted and chopped Dates
- 2 cup Water
- 2 large bunches Dark Green Lettuce
- 2 heaping tbsp Wheat Germ
- 3 tbsp Flax Seeds
How to Make It
- In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
- Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
