Ingredients
- 1 Head Cauliflower, riced
- 6 Slices Bacon, finely diced
- 12 Onion, diced
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 13 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic, Minced
- 12 tsp. Cardamom
- 12 tsp. Turmeric
- 12 tsp. Coriander
- 14 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
How to Make It
- 1. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor.
- 2. Get as much excess moisture out of the cauliflower as possible, using either paper towels or cheese cloth.
- 3. Add all the spices to the cauliflower and mix well.
- 4. Dice 6 slices of bacon very small. Cook until it's crisp and remove from the pan.
- 5. In the same pan, fry the diced onion in the bacon fat.
- 6. Add the bacon, onion, coconut flour, and cheeses to the cauliflower and mix well.
- 7. Add 1 scrambled egg to the mixture as a binder and mix everything well again.
- 8. Heat 2 Tbsp. coconut oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
- 9. Take a small handful of the cauliflower mixture, form into patties and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 10. Drain on paper towels, then serve.
