Dijon pork chops with grapes recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp yellow mustard
  • 4 pork chops
  • ½ cup sliced grapes
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup light cream
How to Make It
  1. Set a pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and heat.
  2. Mix in the pork chops and allow to cook to until lightly browned. Set on a serving plate.
  3. Mix grapes, mustard and cream and cook.
  4. Top the pork chops with the sauce and enjoy the meal.
