Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup green bell pepper
- ½ cup red bell pepper
- ½ cup yellow bell pepper
- ¼ cup water
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- ½ teaspoon marjoram
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Sea salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers until the onions are translucent.
- Add the water, green beans, marjoram, rosemary, salt, and pepper and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the green beans are just tender.
