Ingredients
For the salad
- 175 g red cabbage
- 175 g pointed cabbage
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
For the Dressing
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp cashew sour cream
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
How to Make It
- Finely slice the red and pointed cabbages, mix them with the salt and rub it in well.
- Leave to stand for 15 minutes, then put the cabbage in a sieve and rinse under running water.
- Finely grate the carrot and gently mix it into the cabbage with the chopped chives.
- For the dressing, finely chop or crush the garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad in a bowl and mix well.
