Ingredients
- 1 bunch lacinato kale, chopped into 2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- Sea salt to taste
How to Make It
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
- Place the kale in a large bowl and coat with the coconut oil and salt, stirring to cover all surfaces.
- Arrange the kale pieces on two or three baking sheets, making sure to give them plenty of space.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until barely crispy. Remove, let cool and serve.
