Ingredients
- Minced garlic
- Diced onions
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup of cranberries
- 2 cup of beef broth or beef stock
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon butter
How to Make It
- Dice up the onions and garlic, add your cranberries and sauté them in pan with oil and butter, and add your flour as you’re doing so.
- Bring to a boil, keep stirring until it thickens. When the onions start to caramelize, add the beef broth or beefstock.
- Cook for 20 minutes until the flour taste is out. Keep stirring it and if it reduces, keep stirring and add a little bit of water. Let simmer for about 35 minutes.
