Chicken with olives recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 tbsp sliced olives
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • Salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
How to Make It
  1. Set skillet on heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add chicken and season with salt.
  3. Cook until browned and remove from heat.
  4. To the skillet, add onions and cook to soften. Stir in thyme, broth, chicken and olives.
  5. Reduce the intensity of heat and simmer for about 25 minutes while covered.
