Ingredients
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 4 tbsp sliced olives
- 2 lbs boneless chicken
- ½ cup chopped onion
- Salt
- 1 cup chicken broth
How to Make It
- Set skillet on heat and add olive oil.
- Add chicken and season with salt.
- Cook until browned and remove from heat.
- To the skillet, add onions and cook to soften. Stir in thyme, broth, chicken and olives.
- Reduce the intensity of heat and simmer for about 25 minutes while covered.
