Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- Old bay seasoning
- Everything else from the Trap Mac
How to Make It
- Gut the lobster, clean them, dice the tails. Two get sautéed with old bay seasoning, two go on top raw for the topping.
- Bake on 425 degrees until the edges start browning and crusting.
