Caramel rum sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tsp rum extract
How to Make It
  1. Combine all ingredients into Instant Pot. Stir together.
  2. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally. Remove lid.
  3. If caramel color isn’t deep enough, select Sauté mode and boil until mixture has reached desired color.
