Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- ½ cup carrots, sliced
- ½ cup broccoli florets, steamed 5–6 minutes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup zucchini, diced
- 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Dash of cardamom powder
How to Make It
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well, toss, and serve at room temperature.
