Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 oz unsalted butter
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 150˚-180˚ Fahrenheit and then coat the pie pan with the butter and leave it in the oven to melt the butter.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture becomes foamy and grows in volume at least two times.
- Add the flour and beat the eggs mixture for 10 min. more. Then mix in the baking powder, vanilla and stir in the blueberries.
- Place the apples into the pie pan and slightly pour the blueberries and eggs mixture over the apples.
- Place the apple pie into the oven and bake for 1 h to serve with the cream cheese, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.
