Ingredients
- 2 cups beef broth
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 2 cups raw white beans
- 1 cup sliced celery & 1 cup sliced leeks
- 2 cups sliced onions
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 Tbsp minced ginger, 3 bay leaves
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 pound minced pork
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
