Ingredients
- 6 pieces of thick, sugar-free bacon sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced into six pieces each
- Dusting of cinnamon
- Toothpicks
How to Make It
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Wrap each pear in a figure-eight of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick. Dust with cinnamon and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until bacon browns and pears are cooked throughout.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and serve warm.
