Ingredients
- ½ young coconut flesh
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 medium red hot chilly
- 1/3 cup soaked sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup soaked walnuts
- 1 tbsp shredded fresh ginger
- Pinch of ground black pepper
- Salt
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until the mixture becomes creamy.
- Refrigerate afterwards.
