Ingredients
- 2 frozen and peeled Bananas
- 1 peeled and seeded Orange
- 1 peeled and cored Apple
- 1 Pear, peeled and cored
- 2 cup Water
- ¼ cup Aloe Vera Juice
- 1 handful Baby Spinach
- 1 handful Bok Choy
- 1 handful Curly Parsley
- 2 tbsp Flax
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
How to Make It
- In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
- Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
