This quiche is filled with tasty seafood. Fresh seafood is best, of course, but you can use canned in a pinch. Adding ½ cup of chopped red peppers makes this very colorful.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp flour
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shelled and deveined small shrimp
- ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Dash of hot sauce
- 1 frozen pie crust
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk and heavy cream.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust. 5. Bake for 45 minutes.
